School Visits
As a CEVAS Accredited Venue bridging farming with education, we provide an engaging opportunity for children to discover nature in its purest form. Our experienced volunteers guide children in bug hunting through woodlands, identifying wildflowers and grasses in the orchard, exploring pond life, and visiting the Hovel. October apple pressing is a favourite, highlighting harvest and seasonal themes.

The agricultural history of Cleeve Prior unfolds within former farming structures, illustrating the evolution of this settlement. School reviews are consistently excellent, with many returning for repeat visits. To see some pictures and read some lovely reviews, just scroll down!

Our enclosed gardens, complemented by covered spaces, provide an ideal setting for music, art, and performance activities that enrich nature education. Currently, our dedicated team of nine enhanced DBS volunteers, along with occasional participants, shares a common goal: to ensure visiting children enjoy a supportive, safe, and enjoyable environment during their time with us.
